Please note that this guide is only for the gas ovens that do not need to be converted (in other words, customers prefer to use their ovens the way they came).
Your oven will be delivered with the gas connections not yet installed. It is recommended that you contact a qualified and licensed gas professional who will do this to make sure the parts are connected correctly. Please always refer to the user manual provided with your oven.
Check and make sure you have all the parts.
✓ Chrome Piece Fitting
✓ 90-Degree Elbow
✓ Regulator that connects to your oven
✓ Flame Adapter
✓ Hose
✓ Regulator that connects to the propane gas cylinder tank
(1) Take the chrome piece and screw it directly onto the pipe that sticks out at the rear end of the oven.
(2) Screw the elbow to the chrome piece if you want to go down or go sideways. You can skip this part if you don't want it to go on either way but straight.
(3) Take the regulator that connects to your oven and screw it after the elbow or the chrome piece.
‣ The connection between the chrome piece and the regulator is very tight but by putting tape on it, it will spin easier. If it's hard to attach the regulator while the chrome is already screwed to the oven, we suggest putting the chrome piece on the regulator first and then screw the chrome piece on the pipe of the oven.
‣ Additional tip when doing this part: Make sure the regulator is in the correct setup. Please check 'STEP 4 - CONVERTING THE REGULATOR' in the attached file under 'Downloads' on the right column. The white plastic plunger screwed into the cap must be set up according to the type of gas you'll be using for this oven.
(4 & 5) Screw the adaptor on the other end of the regulator. The other end of the adaptor connects to the gas hose.
(6) Connect the other end of the gas hose to the regulator that connects to your propane gas cylinder tank. If you use natural gas, connect directly to the gas line.
