What Grade of Stainless Steel is Used in Alfa Ovens?

It is true! High quality stainless steel makes for a great pizza oven! Not only are stainless steel pizza ovens portable and require less maintenance, but they also heat up very quickly which means you can whip up a great meal in a very short period of time. The type of stainless steel used varies by brand and manufacturer. Some manufacturers use 316 SS while others use 304 SS. Alfa uses 2 different grades of steel when they create their beautiful and functional ovens; 304 SS for the exterior of their ovens and 441 SS for the interior which makes for one excellent pizza oven!
