The Famosi Oven is a standard oven model so it has iron doors and an iron chimney flu. Iron will rust in some capacity with usage over time, as is the case with this door.
The best way to remedy this issue is to coat it with a high-heat Rustoleum. Rustoleum helps to prevent rusting. You can use a clear coat or you can even use a matte-black color to blend in the areas shown in the pictures.
