For our Authentic Pizza Ovens, we do have a warehouse in Canada which we have used to ship many products without the additional shipping and border charges. However, due to current events worldwide, material shortages and the very high demand for these beautiful and popular ovens, containers of these ovens are selling out completely weeks before they arrive at port, which has resulted in an inability to stock our Canadian warehouse at this time. We hope to have it restocked as soon as possible but at this time there is no ETA for this. However, once our Canadian warehouse is stocked with inventory we will be sending a notification to all of our Canadian customers to make them aware of this, so if you are interested in one of these ovens and are willing to wait for it in order to have it shipped from our Canadian warehouse, please make sure you are subscribed to our mailing list.
However, If the product is not available in Canada and you are eager to receive your oven as soon as is possible (and we cannot blame you there - these are fantastic ovens!) we can still ship to you from the US but there will likely be additional charges (ex. customs fees, taxes and shipping charges from the US border to your address in Canada). We would be more than happy to provide you with a quote for these charges - please reach out to us via customerservice@patioandpizza.com and include all of the products you are interested in ordering, as well as your shipping address (and also please include the name of your Shipping Broker (if you have one), and we will be happy to generate that quote for you!
